Romans 12:17
(part of verse 17) ...Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody.
Romans 12:19
19) Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is Mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord.
Romans 13:3
3) For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong.
